Winter Veil has arrived in the Nexus, and you can now spread a little merriment of your own by gifting a few Winter Veil Loot Chests to your friends this holiday season! To kick off this year’s festivities, and to celebrate the arrival of Loot Chest gifting, we’re giving you a free Winter Veil Loot Chest.


Gift Your Friends Some Holiday Cheer

To send a gift, launch the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app and head to the Shop tab. Click the Heroes of the Storm icon, and then select a gifting-enabled item. Select the Gift button, and then choose the desired recipient or BattleTag from the drop-down menu during the purchasing process.

Currently, you can gift Winter Veil Loot Chests to your friends in the following amounts:

5 Winter Veil Loot Chests
12 Winter Veil Loot Chests
25 Winter Veil Loot Chests
52 Winter Veil Loot Chests
Please note: Loot Chest Gifting is not available using the following currencies: ARS, BRL, CLP, CNY, MXN, RUB, or TWD.

Winter Veil Loot Chests will only be purchasable as gifts during our holiday celebration, so be sure to share some wintery wonder with your friends before the event concludes on January 8, 2018.


Claim Your Free Chest!

Whenever you have new Gifts to claim, you’ll receive a notification in the upper-right corner of the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app. In fact, since we’re giving you a Winter Veil Loot Chest, you’ve probably already got a notification waiting for you right now!

To redeem your free Winter Veil Loot Chest on desktop, open the Blizzard Battle.net desktop app, click the Gift button located next to your BattleTag in the upper right, and then click Claim. To redeem your Loot Chest on mobile, visit our gifts webpage at account.blizzard.com/gifts.

Be sure to claim your free Winter Veil chest before this offer expires on January 8, 2018.
