Call of Duty®: Black Ops 4 for PC Coming Exclusively to Blizzard Battle.net

We’re pleased to announce that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 for PC will be available exclusively on Blizzard Battle.net this fall. As avid Call of Duty® players ourselves, we’re excited for the opportunity to work with the talented folks at Treyarch, Beenox, and Activision to help bring the next game in the acclaimed Black Ops series to Battle.net.

Players on Battle.net will get all the same benefits as other games on the platform, including cross-game chat, social features via the mobile app, groups, and more. You’ll always be connected to your friends, whether they’re playing Blizzard games or Black Ops 4. Learn more about how Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is bringing the franchise to PC in a whole new way.

See the FAQ below for further details and stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the release date. To learn more about Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, head over to https://www.callofduty.com, or click over to the Blizzard Shop to pre-purchase the game for Blizzard Battle.net today!

Will the Black Ops 4 Private Beta come to Blizzard Battle.net?

Head over to moreintel.blizzard.com to sign up and get more info about the PC Private Beta.

Can I use Blizzard Balance to purchase Black Ops 4?

Yes!

Can we expect more non-Blizzard games to appear on Battle.net in the future?

As we mentioned last year, integrating any new game on Blizzard Battle.net is a big commitment of time and resources, so we will evaluate every opportunity on a case by case basis. We don’t have any long-term plans to open up the platform to a lot of other games, so our focus is on supporting the current games on Battle.net.
