Welcome to Call of Duty: Vanguard season.

Seventy-eight days ago, we revealed Vanguard, a joint effort between Sledgehammer Games, Treyarch, Beenox, Demonware, High Moon Studios, Activision Shanghai Studio, and Toys for Bob.

Along that journey, we have highlighted what is included in Vanguard’s three action-packed modes at launch, as well as what is to come in Season One across Vanguard and Call of Duty®: Warzone™ in collaboration with Raven Software.

That all led up today, a day that would not be possible without you, the Call of Duty® community.

In addition to the sincere thanks from Activision and all studios for playing Vanguard today, this weekend, and beyond, Call of Duty: Mobile is giving out a free reward to celebrate Vanguard’s launch:

Get Vanguard Operator Lucas Riggs for Free in Call of Duty: Mobile

Lucas Riggs is ready to mobilize.

An Australian S.O.T.F. 001 member and explosives expert, Riggs is one of 12 playable Vanguard Operators, who is also among the dozen-plus Operators to drop into Warzone as part of Season One.

Like his squadmate Arthur Kingsley, Riggs is also crossing over to Call of Duty: Mobile. As of today until December 16, anyone can receive this Operator in celebration of Vanguard’s launch.

Here’s how you can unlock Lucas Riggs in Call of Duty: Mobile:

Step 1: Launch Call of Duty: Mobile at any point between November 5 (Vanguard’s launch date) and December 16 at 11:59 PM UTC.

Step 2: Check the in-game event page — it will be clearly visible upon launch — to claim Lucas Riggs. If he is not immediately available in-game after redeeming the offer, wait at least 24 hours before contacting Activision Support.

Step 3 (Optional): Play as Riggs in Call of Duty: Mobile whenever you are not dominating the Vanguard Multiplayer lobbies or braving the zombies in Undead Siege with him!
