Congratulations to the 2016 StarCraft II WCS Champion

The StarCraft II 2016 World Championship Series gave us many of the best games we've ever seen in Legacy of the Void, and the Global Finals was no exception. In the Grand Finals, ByuN and Dark faced off in a Best of 7 series that showcased the excellent skills of both players. Ultimately however, ByuN’s performance was impeccable and he found a convincing 4-2 victory!

Despite both competitors playing at the absolute highest levels, in the end, only one could be champion. A massive congratulations to ByuN for finding victory in the most prestigious match of StarCraft II played this year and for earning the title of 2016 WCS Global Champion!
