Students from more than 400 schools across the U.S. and Canada are primed and ready for battle in the ultimate Heroes of the Storm™ college tournament—signups close tomorrow! ESPN to deliver the epic final battle LIVE on TV and digital platforms on April 26

The ultimate Heroes of the Storm™ collegiate tournament comes to a head this April 26 at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles! There, the top “Heroic Four” teams from schools across the U.S. and Canada will clash in the epic final matches of Heroes of the Dorm™. eSports fans everywhere can find out which team claims victory—and walks away with free tuition for college—by watching the battle unfold LIVE in person, online, or on television.

  • Heroic Four: 2:30pm – 6:30pm PDT
  • Grand Finals: 6:30pm – 8:30pm PDT

So far, students from more than 400 colleges coast to coast—including Penn State, UCLA, and Georgia Tech—have signed up to fight for free college tuition and other prizes. More than 650 teams are already registered and ready for battle . . . but time’s running out to warp into the Nexus, as signups close tomorrow, March 26.

Calling All eSports Fans in SoCal!

Want to cheer on your fellow collegiate players in person? Anyone in the SoCal area will have a chance to attend the Heroic Four event live at the Shrine Expo Hall, where they’ll enjoy a full curriculum of events and activities, including a developer chat session, opportunities to play Heroes of the Storm and Hearthstone, and more. Attendees will also receive some cool gifts just for showing up (while supplies last), including a Heroes of the Storm portrait, Hero and Skin bundle, and closed beta test access; as well as a TeSPA card back for Hearthstone.

Doors open at 1:30pm PDT—admittance is free but space is limited, so be sure to show up early.

Attendee Age Restriction:
Some content at the Heroes of the Dorm Finals may not be suitable for children. Anyone 12 years of age or under must be accompanied by an adult. Absolutely no children 5 years of age or under will be permitted to enter. No strollers will be allowed in The Shrine Expo Hall.

Item Restrictions and Prohibitions:
Bags up to 20" x 10" in size may be brought into the convention. Blizzard Entertainment reserves the right to search any bags being brought into the venue and to refuse entry if they are found to contain prohibited items below:

Prohibited Items:
Outside food and beverages; desktop computers; electronic storage devices; edged weapons (such as knives, daggers, or swords for costumes), actual clubs, maces, or other crushing weapons; projectile weapons, even if unloaded or nonfunctional (including air guns, longbows, crossbows, etc.), alcohol, fireworks, glass bottles, cans, large containers.

**Any attendee found to have violated the prohibited items list may be removed from the event**

Acceptable costume weapon props are limited to air-filled or soft plastic melee weapons (swords, daggers, maces, clubs, etc.) and wooden staves that are not shod with metal.

Tablets (such as iPads) and video cameras are permitted. However, you may not record gameplay from any of the screens (with the exception of tournament gameplay).

Personal equipment may not be connected to any computer for any reason at any time.
