Cast your Reel in Fisher’s Frenzy
Travel to the where the sunsets linger for an eternity, and the water teems so thick with fish one could walk across them. From July 10−July 24¸ voyage to the Shimmering Tropic for the kind of fishing most adventurers only dream of in Fisher’s Frenzy. Beware while casting in the Shimmering Tropic, your line can conjure all sorts of unexpected oddities from the murky waters below.
Local Fisherman have spoken of their fishing attracting groups of monsters to their presence-one swore they even saw a Treasure Goblin emerge from beneath. Seafaring folk are known to spin a tall tale, but various accounts tell of attacks from a large Sea Monster and mayhaps tantalizing treasure Chests emerging for the lucky angler.
While you’re waiting for the catch of your life, keep a keen eye on your Fishing Rod. Perhaps you’ll tug on your line to speed up the progress of your catch, hopefully landing an absolute beast on your hook.
Casting your line in this limited-time event has the chance to earn you a Lost Jade Fishing Rod, a mythical piece of unique angler gear from days of old. Compete amongst the Leaderboard to see who can land the biggest fish. Complete tasks within the event to earn Legendary Items, Set Items, Gold, and more. Note that these Fishing changes for Fisher’s Frenzy only occur within the Shimmering Seas, all other areas for fishing remain unaffected.
