Take Heed of the Shadows in Treacherous Reflection

Since our last content update, you have vanquished the darkness in the Legions of Horror limited-time event, beheld new Legendary Gems and new Legendary Affixes, and met a new Familiar. This content update introduces the Season 26 Battle Pass, a new limited-time Event, new Tower War season, a new Event Center cycle, and more.

As with previous content updates, there will be server maintenance starting on May 7, from 5 p.m.–7 p.m. PDT for Oceania, China, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe servers, and on May 8, from 1 a.m.–3 a.m. PDT for servers in the Americas. After the maintenance has concluded, all items mentioned below will be live—specific dates for any content going live afterward are provided below.

Battle Pass 26: Treacherous Reflection

A shadow is beholden to its caster for its very form and motion. Who could fault it for rebelling? The Season 26 Battle Pass lays bare 40 ranks worth of rewards, such as Crests, Hilts, Legendary Gems, and more.

Starting with the Season 26 Battle Pass, Empowered Battle Pass cosmetics can now be claimed at Level 15 instead of Level 30; purchasing the Collector’s Empowered Battle Pass will immediately unlock the cosmetics.

The Season 26 Battle Pass portends treachery starting May 9, 3 a.m. server time and ends June 6, 3 a.m. server time—begin slaying demons and climbing your way through the ranks today!

Tower War Season 2

The PvP mode, Tower War, is back with a second season! We’ve made optimizations to the matchmaking algorithm to help ensure balanced play. Those looking to flaunt their martial prowess can compete in this arena of carnage from May 8, 10 a.m.–June 3, 10 p.m. server time. Tower War takes place from 10 a.m.–12 p.m., 2-4 p.m., and 8-10 p.m. server time each day of its run and you must be Level 46 or higher to play, so plan accordingly.

New Limited-Time Event: Swirling Winds

Prepare yourselves for a whirlwind, adventurers! From May 16, 3 a.m.–May 27, 3 a.m. server time, adventurers over Level 30 will get a preview of the next update to arrive in Sanctuary through the new limited-time event, Swirling Winds.

Rewards are available in-game on the following days:

  • Day 2, May 17
  • Day 4, May 19
  • Day 8, May 23

Log in and complete the daily task to claim your reward, starting at 3 a.m. server time.

New Events Center Cycle

Claim increased rewards for your various exploits in Sanctuary during the second cycle of the Events Center, from May 17—June 18. By finishing tasks and conquering the legions of the Burning Hells, you’ll earn Seals of Triumph, which will reward you in kind for the sheer number of deeds you can attribute to your name.

To see the full list of eligible events that reward Seals of Triumph, see the bottom-left side of the Events tab.

Participate as you would normally to earn these rewards; the more events you complete, the more spoils shall be yours:

  • 1-Star Legendary Gems
  • Normal Gems
  • Telluric Pearls
  • Legendary Items
  • A unique Avatar frame
  • Aspirant’s Keys

You can still claim rewards from the last cycle until the end of that cycle on May 21.

Returning Events

Trials of the Warrior

A true warrior isn’t measured by their title but by their feats. Add to your accolades from May 8, 3 a.m.–May 16, 2:59 a.m. server time by completing Daily and Challenge tasks from the Trials of the Warrior event. You can either complete Bounties or slay Elite monsters to earn treasures befitting their valor. Depending on the tier you reach by the event’s conclusion, you’ll receive a corresponding reward via in-game mail. You will only receive the reward for their highest tier achieved.

  • Bronze Tier (1 Bounty or 5 Elite monsters): 1 random Legendary item.
  • Silver Tier (10 Bounties or 50 Elite monsters): 2 random Legendary items.
  • Gold Tier (30 Bounties or 100 Elite monsters): 2 random Legendary items and 1 random Set item.
  • Platinum Tier (40 Bounties or 150 Elite monsters): 3 random Legendary item and 1 random Set item.
  • Diamond Tier (50 Bounties or 200 Elite monsters: 3 random Legendary items and 2 random Set items.

You must log in the week following the event to receive their rewards, from May 8, 3 a.m.–May 16, 3 a.m. server time.

Wild Brawl

Enlist your most trusted companions and outlast enemy teams in the Wild Brawl event. In this unique, limited-time PVP event from May 10, 3 a.m.–May 17, 2:59 a.m. server time, players start at Level 1, work together in teams of 6 to explore an expansive map, and endure to become the last surviving team. Equip discovered gear, gain experience to strengthen your power, and slay everything in sight to win the battle. Survivor’s Bane

In Survivor’s Bane, you’ll begin each run without your character’s items and a random Skill from their Class. From May 17, 3 a.m.–May 23, 3 a.m. server time you can vanquish demons across three levels in succession—Shassar Sea, Ashwold Cemetary, and Frozen Tundra—to earn rewards and achievements.

As you move throughout the map, any Skills you have equipped will be automatically cast for you. Smiting Hell’s minions will grant you useful experience orbs that level up your Character. Each time you level up, you’ll be presented with the option to equip a new Skill, up to six total can be equipped—the Skill you’re presented with can be from any Class regardless of your Character’s Class—or to upgrade an equipped Skill. Alley of Blood

Quarreling forces threaten to desecrate hallowed grounds, marking a point in the conflict between the forces of Shadows and Immortals. Demolish opposing Sentry Towers and dismantle the enemy team’s base by shattering their Crystal Heart. Imbue your adventurer with Specialist Skills for a tactical advantage, and guard and bolster your Champion’s Marks to claim the day. Here are the rules of engagement:

  • All characters will be set to Level 60.
  • The Rank of all Legendary Gear and Set Gear will be set to 1.
  • The Rank for all Legendary Gems on your character will be set to 10.

Bonuses from the following are disabled as well:

  • Resonance
  • Clans and Warbands
  • Normal Gems and Charms
  • Helliquary bonuses
  • Stances
  • Paragon Specialization

Shady Stock Event

Yakin has once again come into possession of some liberated merchandise, likely plucked from a far-away excavation. His Shady Stock is in high demand and will be available to peruse from May 11, 3 a.m. to May 18, 3 a.m. server time, or until Westmarch’s guards raid his supply. All Clans on Deck

The armies of the Burning Hells are mustering their forces, most assuredly for nefarious intent. You must rally your banner, adventurer—call upon your Clan for aid to beat back the tide of darkness! Feature Updates

Class and Battleground Balance

The following adjustments have been made to the following Class skills across Diablo Immortal.

Barbarian

  • Heartless Terror (Demoralize): Can now be used while affected by knockback or control effects. Burst/explosion effects should no longer follow the character.
  • Hammer of the Ancients (Baseline): Point of impact has been moved slightly back to accommodate visual effects. Note that this will also apply to Hammer of the Ancients inscriptions using the same effects.
  • Bitterwind (Whirlwind): Radius increased from 2 to 2.5 meters; visual effects have been adjusted accordingly.
  • Fallow Field (Whirlwind): Radius increased from 2 to 2.5 meters; visual effects have been adjusted accordingly.
  • North Wind (Whirlwind): Radius increased from 2 to 2.5 meters; visual effects have been adjusted accordingly.
  • Bergbreaker (Wrath of the Berserker): Cooldown between retaliations reduced from 0.8 to 0.5 seconds. Damage increased by 22%.

Blood Knight

  • Woundwell (Umbral Lance): Cooldown reduced from 9 to 6 seconds. Damage increased by 15%.
  • Bardiche of Below (Whirling Strike): Damage increased by 15%. Blast effect now occurs sooner.
  • Count of the Eves (Whirling Strike): Damage reduction per stack reduced from 5% to 4%.
  • Oversight (Swarm of Bats): Amount healed as a percentage of damage dealt has been reduced across all mastery levels.
    • Level 1 Mastery: Reduced from 15% to 12%.
    • Level 2: Reduced from 19.5% to 15%.
    • Level 3: Reduced from 24% to 18%.
    • Level 4: Reduced from 28.5% to 21%.

Crusader

  • Bowyer’s Remose (Spinning Shield): Cooldown reduced from 9 to 6 seconds. Damage increased by 15%.
  • Conjuration of Light (Baseline): In Battleground and Rite of Exile, the duration of the immunity effect from Conjuration of Light will be reduced by 50% each time a player receives the buff again within 20 seconds. (First: 100%; second: 50%; third: 25%, etc.)
  • Hale Pilgrim (Draw and Quarter): Duration of knockback immunity has been reduced across all mastery levels.
    • Level 1: Reduced from 3 to 2.5 seconds.
    • Level 2: Reduced from 3.6 to 3 seconds.
    • Level 3: Reduced from 4.2 to 3.6 seconds.
    • Level 4: Reduced from 4.8 to 4 seconds.
  • Luminous Reign (Falling Sword): Damage reduced by 15%. Each time an instance of damage is resolved, an enemy will be damaged at most once.
  • Air Splitter (Falling Sword): Cooldown reduced from 9 to 6 seconds. Damage increased by 15%.

Gauntlet Boss Rotation

You will now be able to collect first kill rewards before Helliquary Gauntlet bosses are rotated out. Stay tuned for the notice letting you know when to claim your rewards before Gauntlet rotation.

Shadow Assembly Mailbox Rewards

Shadow Assembly rewards will no longer be automatically deleted from your mailbox when the Immortals are overthrown. You can collect the rewards from the mailbox once a new reign has begun, but the Marks in your mailbox will not count towards Rank progression in the new reign.

Rotating Achievements

Five Trophies are being retired, after which they will no longer be achievable. If you earned these Trophies before the retire date, they will still be able to claim the rewards from them. They will be moved to a section called Legacy, which will hold any Retired Trophies.

  • Vitaath the Shivering Death: Defeat Vitaath the Shivering Death in Hell V in under 2 minutes.
  • Gorgothra the Claimer: Defeat Gorgothra the Claimer in Hell V in under 2 minutes.
  • Gishtur and Beledwe: Defeat Gishtur and Beledwe in Hell V in under 2 minutes.
  • Izilech the Misshapen: Defeat Izilech the Misshapen in Hell VI in under 2 minutes.
  • Vhansoon, Desolation’s Scourge: Defeat Vhansoon, Desolation’s Scourge in Inferno I in under 2 minutes.
