We rejoice in your arrival, adventurer.
Since we’ve met, dutiful Blood Knights have stepped out the shadows and onto the front lines against the armies of the Burning Hells, and many players bathed the Crimson Plane’s floors in demonic viscera. This content update introduces 16 Battle Pass and a handful of feature updates.
As with previous content updates, there will be server maintenance starting on July 25, from 5 p.m.–7 p.m. PDT for Oceania, China, East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Europe Servers, and on July 26, from 1 a.m.–3 a.m. PDT for servers in the Americas. After the maintenance has concluded, all items mentioned below will be live—specific dates for any content going live afterward are provided below.

To encourage all players within a Battleground match to contribute to their team, we are increasing the penalty for being inactive. A player’s first infraction will result in a 5-minute queue penalty, meaning you will be unable to queue for a Battleground match for the next 5 minutes. A second infraction results in a 30-minute queue penalty, and a third infraction will make you unable to queue until the next daily reset occurs.
Additionally, we will be releasing improvements to Battleground’s matchmaking in a future content update, stay tuned.
The rewards gained from Helliquary bosses for Warband Activity have been tweaked. Previously, regardless of the Hell or Inferno Difficulty you were playing on, each Helliquary boss would prevent you from earning Warband Activity for it after you had initially defeated it. Now, Warband Activity will be rewarded based upon the boss and difficulty—this change brings it in line with our other Warband Activity rewards.
Recall/Recruit a Friend
A new Recruit/Recall button has been added to the Friend’s List. Tapping or clicking the button will create an Invitation Link to share with players on your Friend’s List that you’d wish to Recall. The player you send an Invitation Link will see it, and if accepted, both yourself and the Recruited/Recalled player will begin to receive rewards. For more information about what makes a player eligible to be Recruited/Recalled, see the in-game menu for this feature.
- Recruit a friend (up to 3 a week maximum): Sealed Warband Chest, 15 Scrap Materials, and 2,500 Gold.
- Become Successfully Recruited: Sealed Warband Chest, 15 Scrap Materials, and Experience.
- Recall a Friend (up to 20 a week maximum): 1 Scrap Material and 100 Gold.
- Become Successfully Recalled: Experience
Region-Specific Game Additions
Previously, we have released some features and feature updates at different intervals for the version of Immortal available in China and the version available for all other regions.
When implementing any changes to Immortal, we want to ensure the change keeps the game fun to play but also works to address the feedback we receive. Going forward, you will continue to see region-specific updates made, and we will be more transparent in highlighting them for you. Below you will find a few region-specific updates coming with this content update.
