Declassified. Destructive. Prototype weaponry have been discovered in Classified Arms, the third season of Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone^TM arriving April 27.

The Season Three Battle Pass for Vanguard and Warzone is bringing out the big guns to handle the monstrous fight ahead, offering dozens of free items, Legendary content, and more across all 100 Tiers.

Although Classified Arms begins on April 27, its in-season limited-time event Operation Monarch is set to bring Kong and Godzilla into the fight on May 11. And it’s time we address the 337-foot-tall gorilla-like titan and the 394-foot reptile in the room:

For Operation Monarch, Operators can become more than elite: with the help of limited-time Bundles based on Godzilla, Mechagodzilla, and Kong, they can become a (human-sized version of) the ultimate superspecies.

The Tracer Pack: Kong Limited Time Bundle celebrates a Titan with nearly 90 years of history with nine items, including a Legendary “Kong” Operator Skin for Wade inspired by the ruler of Skull Island.

Tracer Pack: Godzilla Reactive Mastercraft Limited Time Bundle

Prepare to intimidate your opponents with the Tracer Pack: Godzilla Reactive Mastercraft Limited Time Bundle, a nine-item pack based on the beloved reptile.

In addition to the Legendary “Godzilla Ghillie” Operator Skin for Shigenori, fans of Godzilla can be like their favorite Titan with the Ultra “Breath of Godzilla” Mastercraft Weapon Blueprint. This Assault Rifle is stylized to look like a miniature version of the beast and shoots icy-blue heat ray tracers similar to that of Godzilla’s signature heat ray attack.

Two Free Functional Weapons — M1916 and Nikita AVT

Like previous seasons, the Season Three Battle Pass System gives you two weapons with which to build a new Loadout. And with Classified Arms, Captain Butcher made sure to pick only the most powerful prototypical weapons — yours for free at Tier 15 (M1916) and Tier 31 (Nikita AVT).

M1916: Marksman Rifle (Tier 15 of Battle Pass System)

“A semi-automatic rifle with a deadly combination of power and fire rate. Lethal at any range in the hands of a capable marksman.”

A semi-auto rifle originally issued in a limited production run, the M1916 punches like a boxer, offering a large two-hit kill range in Multiplayer before attachments are factored in. The preferred weapon of Mateo Hernandez, its solid fire rate encourages quick follow-up shots, though recoil can make for challenging engagements at long range. It kicks hard, but recenters fast, so moderation is key.

Once you’ve got some weapon levels under your belt, the fun begins. Sharpshooters may opt for greater power using a precision barrel for firm control and one-shot headshots. Pair it with Lengthened Rounds for high-velocity shots, or with Full Metal Jacket to have it penetrate enemy cover more effectively.

Breachers may instead prefer the full-auto conversion, combining power and aggression. You’ll sacrifice some damage potential, but make no mistake, it’s still one powerful rifle.

Consider swapping to the smaller 6.5 mm Sakura 20 Round Mags for a boost to the weapon’s recoil control and accuracy, to better ensure that your shots remain on target.

Nikita AVT: Assault Rifle (Tier 31 of Battle Pass System)

“Accurate and reliable with best-in-class fire rate, this assault rifle can be outfitted to exceed in CQC or long-range combat scenarios.”

This spits out rounds at the highest rate of fire in the Assault Rifle category. In response, it’s got a fair kick, moving up in a jagged line through sustained fire.

Your Gunsmith attachment choices will determine whether you move toward proficient handling in the way of an SMG, or toward long-range damage and control as with a traditional AR. Both configurations can be equally effective.

Equip a rapid barrel to further increase the fire rate and damage range, or add a heavyweight barrel to improve recoil control, accuracy, and flinch resistance. If damage and bullet penetration mean more to you than proper control, slot in the larger caliber .30-06 Round Fast Mags for an incredibly high theoretical elimination time.

On the other end, the always useful 6.5 Sakura 60 Round Drum offers a deep magazine with improved recoil control and accuracy at the sacrifice of bullet velocity, range, and damage. You won’t down enemies as quickly, but you’re more apt to stay on target and you’ll have plenty of ammo to finish the job.

Dozens of Weapon Blueprints and Operator Skins

With new prototype weapons in the wild, you can be sure to find the latest Weapon Blueprints in development via the Season Three Battle Pass.

Here are some of our favorite Weapon Blueprints to be found on your way to hitting Tier 100:

Legendary “Work Hazard” Assault Rifle Blueprint (Tier 5): This DIY Legendary Weapon Blueprint comes with ten preconfigured attachments made for high-precision and stealthy play, complemented by a hefty 45-round magazine.

Rare “Retrofashioned” Shotgun Blueprint (FREE at Tier 24): Equal parts retro and science fiction, this six-attachment Blueprint excels in dishing out high-damage shots even while sprinting with the use of the Gung-Ho Perk. This is the perfect Hardpoint breaching weapon.

Epic “Fusion Core” SMG Blueprint (Tier 59): An iconic example of the newly found classified arms of Season Three, this prototype weapon has certainly come out of a high-tech weapons lab. Its nine-attachment configuration results in a noticeably improved fire rate, with the extra benefit via Unmarked of granting momentary Dead Silence when eliminating enemies who fail to retaliate.

Legendary “Shipliner” LMG Blueprint (Tier 65): For long-range suppressive fire, this is a solid bet. Its equipped silencer will keep enemies guessing as to your whereabouts, paired with Fully Loaded to keep you stocked up and eight other attachments all in service of clinching that victory.

Legendary “Mixed Oxide” Marksman Rifle Blueprint (Tier 95): A slick blue and black design complements this new Season Three Marksman Rifle made for the mobile sharpshooter. Its ten attachments are focused on high mobility with dexterous handling, complete with a silencer to maintain a low profile while downing enemies on the move.

The Battle Pass also features a new Operator Skin every 10 Tiers, including “Sandshine” Padmavati at Tier 30 and “Green Guardian” Solange at Tier 70.

Tier 100 — Call Upon the Ancestors with Legendary Operator Skin, Weapon Blueprint

In addition to earning the “Master Duelist” profile title, the Season Three Emblem, and the “Necrogaze” Charm, Tier 100 brings you these two Legendary rewards:

Legendary “Ancestral Spirit” Daniel Skin: Call upon the strength of the ancestors with this red, black, and gold-accented samurai armor and Oni mask.

Legendary “Amphibian Empire” Assault Rifle Blueprint: Take on even the most battle-hardened foes with this green, orange, and black Legendary Weapon Blueprint based on a new Season Three functional weapon. Its nine attachments feature a specialized stock that greatly improves movement while aiming, along with Sleight of Hand and Fully Loaded to ensure you’ve got the rounds to finish the job.

Tier 100 also includes the “Master Duelist” Player Title and the seasonal Battle Pass logo as a flashy Emblem, two bragging rights to put on your Player Profile.
