Arthur Kingsley was born to a noble family in the Douala region of Cameroon. He was educated in England and studied international affairs at Cambridge University. Arthur’s multicultural upbringing and education taught him what was at stake when the Nazis rose to power. He joined the British military to fight for himself and his homeland, eventually rising through the ranks to become a Sergeant. Arthur is determined to stop the looming threat of the Nazis and halt the spread of their poisonous ideology.

How to Unlock Arthur Kingsley

Similar to Frank Woods in Modern Warfare and Warzone, this Arthur Kingsley Operator is playable in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone and is unlocked by pre-purchasing Vanguard. He differs from the Vanguard version of Arthur Kingsley, who will be available in the game on November 5 and will be in Warzone at a later date.

In short, pre-purchasing Call of Duty: Vanguard not only allows you to try out Arthur Kingsley in Warzone before his “official” Operator is available, but also gives you access to play as him in Black Ops Cold War.

Kingsley will be unlocked after digitally pre-purchasing the game and can be found under the NATO section of the Black Ops Cold War Operator screen or in Warzone. He will be available at the time of this article’s publishing date – Sept. 27 at 10 a.m. PT  – to anyone who pre-purchased the game digitally, including anyone that pre-purchases the game now up until the release of Vanguard.

Those that already pre-purchased digitally should not have any additional steps; contact Activision Support for any questions or issues.

The Night Raid Mastercraft weapon in all its glory

Additional Pre-Purchase Rewards – Night Raid Mastercraft Reaches Second Evolution Today

In addition to the Arthur Kingsley Operator in Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, all digital pre-purchases come with the Ultra-rarity “Night Raid” Mastercraft SMG.

This warplane-inspired Weapon Blueprint comes pre-equipped with a 55 Round Drum for increased magazine capacity, 14.9" Rifled Barrel for damage range, Muzzle Brake 7.62 for vertical recoil control, a Spetsnaz Stock for improved shooting and aim walking movement speeds, and a unique Quickdot LED Optic.

Those who already pre-purchased the game saw the first stage of this evolving weapon – as Vanguard readies for launch, so too does this weapon through its changing visuals. As of this update, the “Night Raid” will see its jet engines begin to fire and an air slipstream rush across the weapon’s body.

This means its default stage is no longer visible, nor will the weapon revert to prior evolution states, and the next phase of its ignition will launch in October.

October will also see the inclusion of one more pre-purchase bonus – whatever may lurk in the shadows as Halloween approaches, stay connected to all our official channels for intel on this treat as a thanks to those who pre-purchase Call of Duty: Vanguard.
