Announcing Call of Duty®: Black Ops Cold War
Scheduled for global release on Friday, November 13, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is the direct sequel to the original Black Ops, bringing signature combat to life through a conspiracy-laden Cold War experience developed by Treyarch and Raven Software.
Set in 1981 at the height of the Cold War, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War takes you to a world on the brink, where even the slightest spark could ignite a nuclear conflict. Joining forces with CIA operatives Alex Mason, Frank Woods, and Jason Hudson, a newly-formed team will carry out covert missions in a race against time to unravel a vast conspiracy.
Campaign: Dark Conspiracies, Deniable Operations, and Badass Weaponry
Picking up after the events of the original game, Black Ops Cold War sets you on the trail of a secret plot that has been in motion for decades.
Expect a single-player experience entrenched in the global tensions of the Cold War, armed with weaponry of the era — both state-of-the-art and prototypical. The race is on to discover the truth and battle through mindbending twists and turns that only Black Ops can deliver.
A Complete Connected Experience
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War supports cross-platform play for a truly connected experience to bring the entire community together. More information can be found within Activision’s FAQ.
