Take Your Turn on the Trial of Style Catwalk
Fierce fashionistas and dashing defenders of the Horde and Alliance, synchronize your wardrobes and prepare for a fashion battle. The Trial of Style has arrived, and it’s time to put your transmogrification skills to the test.
You’re Invited!
Dust off those pauldrons and compete in a fashion competition of Azerothian proportions! Speak to a transmogrifier in any major city to participate in the Trial of Style!
When: March 20–27
Where: Queue for the 6-player scenario at your friendly neighborhood transmog NPC.
Give A Thematic Performance
For a fantastic fashion challenge, find eight new "Work It!" quests around hubs in the four main zones of Quel’Thalas—Eversong Woods, Zul’Aman, Harandar, and Voidstorm. Exercise your design eye with six new themes to show off your prowess:
- Dungeon Dangers
- Elemental Extremes
- Mechanical Menace
- Jungle Jam
Contestants will have 2 minutes to create transmog sets from items in their collection, based on the themes presented in the scenario. Two players at a time will be pulled up on stage to strike a pose and show off their creation, leaving the remaining four to vote on which of the two has best captured the theme.
Look for new themes, decorations, and winning displays as the Trial of Style runway extends into Quel’Thalas. Start your fashion journey by picking up the "Fashion Week" quest from a Holiday Enthusiast chilling near the Trading Post in Silvermoon City, which will draw you to Belli, the Trial of Style Envoy in Silvermoon.
Also, earn extra for being extra. While the Trial of Style is active, completing certain Trial of Style-related activities while trotting around in your best transmogs will help you earn progress towards filling your bar at the Trading Post.
Dress for Success With an Extra Outfit Slot
During the Trial of Style event, you'll notice a nice new Outfit Slot aptly named "Trial of Style". This slot and any appearance updates to it do not cost any gold and will disappear at the conclusion of the event.

You can also use your Trial of Style Tokens on props to supplement your chosen Trial of Style ensemble. These props are consumable and will only appear when you’re on stage but will last through the entirety of the competition.

Need a little extra support while you’re on stage? Don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Purchase a reward Letter From an Admirer, which you can use to recruit a fashion aficionado to cheer you on during the competition.
Once the glitter settles, and the votes are tallied, First Place, Second Place, and Third Place winners will be awarded. Don’t worry—even if you don’t win; there’s always the Trial of Style Consolation Prize. These prizes contain Trial of Style Tokens, which can be redeemed for special transmog gear in Dalaran.
Fashion-conscious citizens of Azeroth can also take advantage of transmogrification and barbershop services for free during the Trial of Style. Even if you don’t participate, you can adjust your hairstyle and transmog for no gold cost while the event is active.
