Pore Over the Immortal 2026 Roadmap

This year, Lut Gholein will evolve throughout the year with new subzones designed for exploration and farming from the moment they arrive. Beginning with the Rocky Wastes, each update will introduce new areas, fearsome enemies, and fresh challenges, giving you new ways to expand and diversify your farming experience.

The new Battleground event brings our first ever equalized Bout of Realms competition to Sanctuary, making it the ideal spot for players of all different resonance levels to compete and show off their skills.

Based on community feedback, we’re also making quality-of-life changes to combat, progression, and world updates. Some of the bigger changes we're making based on player feedback is improving access to specific Legendary Gems throughout the year, and revamped classic zone events.

This is only a first look at the roadmap for the year. There is more planned that is not quite ready to share yet, so stay on the pulse throughout the coming months for updates.

Harness Hell’s Legions with The Warlock

The Warlock is brutally powerful and reckless in their destruction. With this power comes a demeanor that leaves her enemies and allies terrified of her intentions. The Warlock uses the long-buried practice of Vizjerei magic and summoned demonic weapons forged in the Burning Hells.

Using Vizjerei magic, the Warlock can open portals to hell, carving rifts through reality to summon and command demons. The Warlock wields a demon skull in her main hand, and a sacrificial blade in her offhand.

The Warlock wields Soulgorger, a beast powered by devouring other demons and absorbing their traits through its gargantuan maw.

The Warlock storms into Sanctuary in June of this year. On launch, you’ll learn more about the dark origins of this class and try a sampling of her power over these dark arts. Like all previous major updates, the Warlock is free to play.

Return to Lut Gholein

An iconic city returns to the Diablo franchise , warped by the powers of Hell. Throughout this year, you will journey through Lut Gholein, a desolate and choatic region where our campaign will continue to unfold.

In Diablo Immortal, Lut Gholein retains many of its recognizable landmarks while expanding the city into new areas to explore. The region is divided into two major wards: the Common Ward, a blood-spattered demonic occupation zone filled with ruins, and the High Ward, a haunting mockery of its former glory that remains mysteriously intact.

Beneath the undercity lie ancient Vizjerei runes, echoes of summoners whose forbidden secrets now empower the Warlocks of Sanctuary.

The Maiden of Anguish, Andariel Rises

Andariel, the Maiden of Anguish and formidable Lesser Evil, blazes in Sanctuary. She is regal, sadistic, unmistakably Andariel. She now stands triumphant over the conquered bones of Lut Gholein, her twisted plots fulfilled.

Driven by dark godhood, she has cruel plots to harvest anguish. She devastates anyone who stands in her way with her monstrous physical might, yet pales in comparison to the psychological horrors she instills in her victims.

Andariel’s commanding appearance has been enhanced for Diablo Immortal, but maintains most of her classic anguish-fueled design.
