Season of Discovery Phase 8 Goes Live Beginning April 8

The journey through Season of Discovery culminates with Phase 8 beginning on April 8! Experience new outdoor content, a new Legendary weapon questline, new stories and surprises, and the Scarlet Enclave raid dungeon.

Schedule

  • April 8: New Outdoor Content, profession content in New Avalon, and Scarlet Enclave-related quest content.
  • April 10: Scarlet Enclave Raid and Legendary Weapon Questline Available at 1:00 pm PDT globally.

Infiltrate New Avalon

Go behind enemy lines in disguise as you infiltrate the town of New Avalon within the Scarlet Enclave. Gain the trust of the citizens and tradesmen, learn new recipes, earn new rewards, and more.

New Legendary Weapon Questline

Warriors, Hunters, and Paladins can undertake an epic quest to restore a fallen weapon to its former glory. Will you succeed, or will this storied weapon remain shrouded in darkness? The future is uncertain.

New Raid: Scarlet Enclave

A splinter faction of the Scarlet Crusade needs your aid in fighting an insidious evil at Tyr’s Hand. They need your assistance in retaking the Scarlet Enclave for good, glory—and new rewards. Players can engage with eight new bosses as they make their way through this new raid dungeon and collect new eight-piece armor sets for their class.

Strut Your Stuff and Strike a Pose in the Trial of Style

Fierce fashionistas and dashing defenders of the Horde and Alliance, synchronize your wardrobes and prepare for a fashion battle. The Trial of Style has arrived, and it’s time to put your transmogrification skills to the test.

Look for new themes, decorations, and winning displays as the Trial of Style runway extends into Khaz Algar. Start your fashion journey by picking up the "Fashion Week" quest from Perfecto, chilling across from the Holiday Enthusiast near the Trading Post in Dornogal.

When: March 20–27
Where: Queue for the 6-player scenario at your friendly neighborhood transmog NPC.
What: Contestants will have two minutes to create transmog sets from items in their collection based on themes presented in the scenario. Two players at a time will be pulled up on stage to strike a pose and show off their creation—leaving the remaining four to vote on just who of the two has managed to capture the theme best.
