Masters Tour Bucharest Viewer’s Guide

Blizzard Entertainment

We have the full list of over 300 invited players for Masters Tour Bucharest! Anyone can take home the trophy but it’s worth keeping an eye on the players who performed well at both Masters Tour Las Vegas and Seoul, as they are most likely to clench one of the spots up for grabs in Grandmasters at the end of the year.

How it Works

We’ve made some major changes recently to Masters Tour events, including lowering the number of Swiss rounds and changing the format to 4 deck, best-of-5 Conquest with a ban. Players that manage at least a 7-2 result in Bucharest will be qualified for Masters Tour Arlington and the next Masters Tour event to follow, which will be announced in the coming weeks. Here is how it works:

  • Day 1: Five rounds of Swiss.
  • Day 2: Players with three or more match wins will play through four more rounds of Swiss.
  • Day 3: The Top 8 players will advance to single elimination bracket and the winner will be decided!

All matches will be best-of-five. For qualified players, please see the full tournament schedule for information regarding mandatory player check-in, round start times, and more. Qualified players should familiarize themselves with our rules and policies.
