Link Your Accounts

In order to claim these rewards, you’ll need an active Twitch Prime account, and you’ll also need to ensure your Twitch and Blizzard accounts are properly linked. Here’s how:

  1. If you don’t have a Twitch Prime account, you can create one here.
  2. Log in to your Twitch account.
  3. Navigate to the Connections tab in the Settings menu.
  4. Find the Blizzard Battle.net section, and then follow the given instructions after selecting your region and clicking Connect.
  5. When connecting accounts, be sure that you’re currently logged into the Blizzard account on which you’d like to receive Twitch Prime rewards.

After linking your accounts, keep an eye on the Twitch Prime Loot button in the Crown Icon on Twitch.tv, where you’ll be notified as soon as new rewards are available. Once a Heroes of the Storm reward appears, follow the Learn More link to the Heroes of the Storm loot page, log in with your Twitch Prime account, and click the Claim button. Once you click Claim, Twitch Prime will automatically notify Blizzard to apply the reward to your linked Blizzard account.

Please note that as soon as you claim a Heroes of the Storm reward, all future rewards in the campaign will be automatically applied to the same Blizzard account and cannot be transferred. Be sure that your preferred Blizzard account is connected to your Twitch account at the time of enrolling!

To redeem your Heroes of the Storm rewards in-game, launch the Blizzard Battle.net app and log into your linked Blizzard account. Click on the Gift icon located in the upper-right hand corner of the app, located to the right of your BattleTag. Find your Heroes of the Storm reward and click Claim, and then select your desired gameplay region and click Claim again. Your rewards are now waiting for you in Heroes of the Storm!
